He supports and advises companies from various industries in the fields of content strategy, content marketing, SEO, e- commerce and performance marketing. Furthermore, he has many years of experience in adult education. Dominik studied business informatics at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and works with his team from anywhere in the world.
With more than 15 years of experience in training and learning design, Anna Cappi has worked with leaders from large European corporations like BNP Paribas, LVMH and Monoprix, and on the Danish market with Novo Nordisk, LEO Pharma, Lundbeck and more. Empathy, energy and experience are her key words when facilitating.
Petra Hauser is a corporate entrepreneur and change-management expert as well as a marketing-pro with more than ten years of successful C-level experience at renowned companies in Germany and Austria such as RTL Radio, the private TV station Sat.1 Österreich or the second biggest media agency group media.at. With her focus on digital strategy and human-centric design, she succeeds in bridging the two worlds of corporate business and disruptive innovation. Petra is a bachelor of Business Administration and Communication. She also graduated from the Executive Program „Driving Digital and Social Strategy” at the Harvard Business School in Boston and from the Executive Education “Developing Breakthrough Strategies” at the Columbia University, New York City. Petra Hauser studied Exponential Technologies at the Singularity University in Mountain View, California. Since September 2019 Petra Hauser is the Country Manager Austria for Talent Garden, Europe’s leading innovation platform and co-working network for digital innovation with 22 campuses in 8 countries hosting thousands of talented people, including startups, freelancers, companies, and large corporations.
Alin Kalam has studied Computer Science & Astrophysics. During his professional career he helped several large international companies in the industrial and financial sector to master the challenges of data-driven digitization/automation. Since 2018, he has been working as “Strategic Business Intelligence & Analytics Lead” at Lufthansa Group AG and has been instrumental in shaping the orientation of the “Hub Carrier”. In his previous position as Head of Digitization at BAWAG Group AG, he was responsible for the “Big Data Office” department, which implemented use cases throughout the group. Alin is an enthusiastic technology evangelist, speaks at international conferences and teaches as an external lecturer at universities.
Dr. Maximilian Kindler, LL.M., MBA, was born in Vienna in 1977, attended schools in Austria and the USA, obtained a doctorate in law (commercial law) from the University of Vienna, studied postgraduate European Business Law at Danube University Krems, and completed a “Master of Business Administration” at the University of Liverpool, UK. He holds numerous continuing education diplomas, including as a football manager and from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.
He started his career in several Austrian courts, followed by professional stations in a renowned Austrian law firm, as “Inhouse Counsel” (employee of the legal department) and “General Counsel” (head of the legal department and general secretary) in several private, publicly listed and state-owned groups of companies, as managing director with overall responsibility in large national and international logistics companies and in the form of various supervisory board and board of directors mandates, which enabled him to acquire extensive knowledge and skills as a restructuring and turnaround manager. He has an extensive network in the Austrian legal and corporate sector.
Maximilian Kindler is also a founder (2014) and board member/chair of the privately organised Association of Austrian Corporate Lawyers (www.vuj.at), a lecturer at the MANZ Law Academy, and coach for “Legal Tech” accelerator programs.
Since mid-2019, Maximilian Kindler has been the founder and majority shareholder of incaseof.law GmbH in order to provide access to technology-supported legal advice for small and medium-sized enterprises on the basis of his special mix of experience in legal advisory and corporate management activities.
Markus is an expert in topics like agile collaboration and agile project management, team and organisation, learning and error culture as well as facilitating meetings and leading discussions. He is facilitating these topics in various formats, e.g. accompaniment during change processes, facilitation of retreats, advice on project implementation, coaching for teams and individuals as well as trainings and workshops.
Markus is a certified trainer for adult education (ZTEB, Certification ISO 17024, Diploma, Wifi Vienna) and a certified management consultant (CMC, Certification ISO 17024). Additionally, he has a strong background in culture, media and marketing. In 2010, he founded his company KNOPP Consulting + Training e.U.
Sara is a Strategist within Talent Garden’s Corporate Transformation Team, in which she designs and manages training programs aiming at the development of a digital & innovation mindset and change management.
During her professional path in Strategic Consultancies such as The European House Ambrosetti and OpenKnowledge (Business Integration Partners), she worked on International Summits and Events on Innovation as well as complex programs for Change, New Ways of Working, Digital Transformation and Social Collaboration.
She has a multicultural background and education: she grew up between Italy, Germany, and the Philippines and knows 5 languages among which Italian, English, German, Chinese and French.
I’m Maria, unwavering optimist, freelance facilitator, learning designer and innovation consultant. I am committed to inspiring others and making them and their ideas come to life.
I am based in Austria and have spent some time working and studying in Canada, Sweden and Germany. People call me an all-round creative with the matching mindset and colourful toolbox to prove it. Ask my friends and they will happily testify that I have not only an insane collection of post it notes. I hold a Master’s degree from Linnaeus University Kalmar (Sweden) in Leadership and International Management and one in Brand Management from the University of Applied Sciences Krems (Austria). My avid love of learning has let me to broaden my skills at Hyper Island, IDEO, Mischief Makers and the Institute for the Future. Over the past few years I have facilitated countless workshops, trainings and meetings. Ensuring that each individual feels valued, seen and heard is crucial to me. Jan A. Poczynek is a consultant, speaker, startup mentor, and coach from Vienna. Since his first Atari 2600 in the early 80ies, he has been curious about digitalization and never left his passion for innovation and new technologies ever since.

Michael Schramm is leading the EY Blockchain Competence Center for Germany/Switzerland/Austria. With his team he supports companies to start with blockchain projects: offering use case identification, business case evaluation, pilot/MVP implementation and tax and legal implications.
Bernd Schuh is a digital marketing and eCommerce Pro and worked for several renowned brands. He was part of the management board for the e-commerce division of MediaMarktSaturn Austria, where he was thus responsible for the entire e-commerce business of the domestic group of companies. Bernd has many years of marketing experience, he also developed and managed the Data-Driven Advertising division of MediaMarktSaturn Austria.
Noa Segre is the Corporate Transformation Senior Strategist and Envisioner in Talent Garden Italy. With an extensive background and experience in technology and innovation, starting from the technology unit of the Israeli Army, to startups and over 10 years in one of Israel’s leading Venture Capital funds, Noa brings to the team a global view on trends and technologies. As part of her role, she leads the efforts of the discovery of new ecosystems and technologies, connecting corporates on all levels to the most innovative and change-making scenes as well as envisioning with them their journey of innovation.
Lisa is an experienced [Remote] Design Sprint and Innovation Facilitator, and passionate Design Thinker. She empowers corporates, innovation hubs, and startups to accelerate team collaboration, build better digital products faster, and save valuable time, money, and resources. Together with her team, Lisa won the Facebook Community Award in 2018 (Europe & Global) for developing a social business app, and was awarded for her facilitation approach during the Global Virtual Design Sprint in 2019. As an Expert at Talentgarden Innovation School, she led the Design Thinking and Prototyping courses during the UX Bootcamp.
Lisa has a proven track record to lead her workshop teams to success and give them tools that they can continue to use sustainably. She is passionate about solving problems and co-creating innovative products and outstanding user experiences.
Rudolf is a UX architect and an advocate of user experience from the very first minute. He breathes and advocates user- centered design. He has more than 12 years experience in digital, web and app design and is an expert in high-fidelity interactive prototyping. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts with a focus on web development from Middlesex University London and a Master’s degree in User Experience Management from the University of Applied Sciences Vienna.
His passion is for cutting-edge technologies such as 3D printing, artificial intelligence and mixed reality as well as human-computer interaction, Internet of Things and ubiquitous computing.
Stefan is an innovation enthusiast, education designer, and a passionate researcher. He is a university lecturer at several universities amongst others University of Applied Sciences Vienna and Reykjavik University. His interests include information security management, digital innovation, user experience, and employee experience. Prior to joining Talent Garden as Innovation School Director, Stefan was driving the digital transformation of traditional banking business by developing a digital banking platform at BAWAG P.S.K. In 2016, he received a doctoral degree in Information Systems from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. He is a certified Project Manager and was elected chairman of the student agency of doctoral students. Moreover, he was awarded the ERSTE Bank Prize for Research in CEE 2012. His scientific work has been published in top academic journals, including Data Base for Advances in Information Systems, and Computers & Security.
