We live in the experience economy. Experiences are everything, especially when they are meaningful and become memorable. This means that the consumer of tomorrow not only expects to have “significant” experiences when they use digital platforms but also expect enjoyment of products and services in the physical dimension.
In this workshop you will learn to apply the “5E” model, proposed by Andy Sontag of the Danish business school Kaospilot, to think (or re-think) products, services, events, training paths in terms of experiences that have a significant impact on the people who live them.

Design Sprint is a multi-disciplinary team process that uses design techniques, rapid prototyping and user testing to solve business problems and challenges. Developed within “GV” (formerly Google Ventures), it represents an excellent synthesis of business strategy, innovation, Agile, Lean Thinking and Design Thinking. The idea behind the Design Sprint is to compress the process of designing, experimenting and testing a new idea in just 4 days, mitigating the risk of investing too much time / money on the wrong idea.
This workshop will give you an overview of the format and potential of the Design Sprint through a super compressed hands-on simulation in 8 hours.

Very often, when we find ourselves having to mix divergent thinking with a critical spirit, we lose sight of time and objectives, turning an opportunity for discussion into a series of endless discussions.
The Lightening Decision Jam is a process created by the Berlin agency AJ & Smart to make decisions and identify possible solutions quickly, eliminating unnecessary discussions and waste of time. The activities of the Lightening Decision Jam represent an excellent distillation of principles and techniques derived from Agile, Lean Thinking and Design Thinking.
In this workshop you will experience firsthand the power of this method, having proof of how structure and discipline are two essential ingredients to foster thought and creative freedom.

The retrospective is perhaps the only real key to all agile methodologies capable of making teams able to adapt to change in a sustainable way, activating a healthy mechanism for incremental and continuous improvement.
