The flux of the world in which we live affects all aspects of our daily lives , and particularly those related to real employment . Just one of these innovations is the focus of the book: the coworking .
Nomos Editions is particularly pleased to present the first Italian book dedicated to this phenomenon.
The term coworking means , initially , a space open to living and working throughout the day to the hospitality of professionals and workers . A short, dynamic place , where different groups of people , who may not operate in the same industry or the same project , work sharing space and resources of a normal office.
But the co-working is a lot more and far beyond its basic definition . It ‘ a highly creative in which the development of harmonious interpersonal relationships free catalyzes the exchange and sharing of knowledge by creating a system of open and interconnected ideas which favors the development of professionalism and service offerings disparate .
This one of the definitions that give further the idea of multi-verse that the book addresses :
” Coworking is like a forest, a forest where many species different from each other thrive , coexist and adapt spontaneously, in an ecosystem conducive to life and each remains independent but reinforced by the system of relations by which it is surrounded . ”
