Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Summit

Nel 2021 nasce in OGR Torino un progetto di ricerca sul tema della Diversity, Equity e Inclusion nel contesto lavorativo, con particolare attenzione alla diversità di genere e generazionale.

è stata avviata una partnership tra OGR Torino, Talent Garden, Unione Industriali Torino e Fondazione ISI, che ha permesso la costituzione di un tavolo di monitoraggio sul tema. Il progetto Lagrange di Fondazione CRT ha inoltre permesso il finanziamento di una borsa di studio sul tema.

Vi aspettiamo il 26 maggio 2023, alle ore 10.00, presso le OGR Tech, all’evento conclusivo e di presentazione dei risultati dell’iniziativa: un summit per comprendere le lacune e le migliori pratiche in materia di Diversity, Equity e Inclusion.

In 2021, a research project on the topic of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the workplace, with a focus on gender and generational diversity, was born in OGR Turin.

A partnership between OGR Torino, Talent Garden, Unione Industriali Torino and Fondazione ISI has been set up to establish a monitoring table on the topic. And thanks to the Lagrange project by Fondazione CRT, a research scholarship on the topic was granted.
